1. Our approach

Uelt processes personal financial data and follows a cautious approach to security, privacy, and service reliability.

2. Infrastructure

Uelt relies on Azure infrastructure and the related security capabilities available for managed cloud environments, together with reasonable organisational and technical controls applied to the service.

3. Protective measures

Measures may include:

• encryption in transit
• access protection
• technical logging and monitoring
• reasonable application and infrastructure controls
• backup and continuity measures consistent with our operational setup

4. Limited access

Access to systems and data is restricted to persons who need it for operational or technical reasons.

5. Third-party providers

We use selected third-party providers for key parts of the service, such as cloud infrastructure, payments, and open banking. We assess their role in data processing and in the security profile of the service.

6. No absolute promise

No digital service can guarantee absolute security. Uelt nevertheless seeks to adopt proportionate measures and improve protection over time.
